Off centred even after replacements

I was honestly shocked at how off centred the design was, I was able to get a replacement thinking that they'll be perfect this time around but in the end they're still off centred.I contacted Vistaprint on it and they said that they don't recommend borders due to their cutting process, I am in disbelief and honestly wish I spent my money elsewhere, please beware of the cuts, if you have borders in your design, don't go here, otherwise you're fine.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the challenges you encountered with your Standard Business Cards despite having them replaced. This is not how we want you to remember Vistaprint. Likewise, we appreciate the provided photo of the received products as a reference. Upon checking, one of our support representatives assisted and explained that we don't encourage borders on any printed item. Based on our production and cutting process, since we print these items on a large scale of paper and will be cut down into individual pieces once done then there's a tendency that the borders will not be even. This is what happened to your order. To resolve this, we recommend re-uploading a new artwork without a border and keeping all the important details within the safety area to avoid uneven print during the cutting process. Likewise, we are aware that this may not be the best response you were hoping for, but we sincerely hope that you can still feel our desire to assist. Should you need any further help with your product, please don't hesitate to get back to us by replying to this review.

Loving the new colours

I am thrilled with the new colours for my business cards, although I was pretty disappointed that one box in the finishing was inferior, untidy and bleeding on the edges, so that whole box (500 cards) will never be used.
