You must be between levels 25(?) and 45(?) to be allowed to complete
Need a Little Golden Book of Wyverns from minos.

¶ Obtain Quest:
¶ Step -1 - Obtain Tome of Instructions:
From a previous mort you need to obtain the tome of instructions:
Go to Fiery Desert (Minos)
In room# 98891 - search shelf to find a "a little golden book" aka "A Little Golden Book Of Wyverns"
¶ Step 0 - Change Religion:
It's easiest to start off with this step (if this isnt done before a specific step you lose the pet and have to start all over)
Go to an altar and sacrifice and item to Rhiqua to start worshipping her.
sacrifice <item> [to] Rhiqua
To change your religion to hers.
¶ Step 1 - Go to Dragon Hatchery:
Go to the Dragon Hatcheryand ask the gnomish warrior (Galbrosh) at the start of the zone about the wyvernsask Galbrosh wyvern
Galbrosh peers around the room.
Galbrosh tells you:
"Do I look like I care about Rhiqua and those infernal wyverns she protects?"
Galbrosh shudders in fear.
Galbrosh spits at the ground.
Galbrosh tells you:
"You should seek out the animal speaker, if anyone knows anything about Rhiqua or dragonkynd, I'd think he would be the one to ask."
Go to town of Sos'Kul.
The Speaker of Animals is in the north western room west of the warlord.

You ask the Speaker to Animals about Rhiqua, queen of wyverns and dragonkynd.
The Speaker to Animals tells you:
"There issss much to ssssay on this sssssubject. I am not the mossst knowledgable about it. Sssseek out those who may know about dragonsss and wyvernssss. Those who keep them asss petssss, those who defend and protect them, and those who are sworn into Rhiqua's sssservice."
The Speaker to Animals tells you:
"Asss I think on it, there wassss a white rabbit who related a story of a dwarf who loved Rhiqua. It hasss been long ago ssso I cannot remember more of the tale. Also passsssed onto me from the salamandarfolk wassss that ssssome of their kind had been forced to walk a dry, hot, fiery land filled with wyvernss and that they were most afraid of the wyvern's masssstersss in that sandy place."
The Speaker to Animals tells you:
"Wait! I've thought of something. Recently there has been word of a beautiful lady near a pool who is said to be Rhiqua's servant. Maybe the master of visions has heard more of this?"
Now go to the Master of Visions on the south part of the town of Sos'kul

You ask the master of visions about his vision of the maiden at the pool and the scent of mushrooms.
The master of visions tells you:
"I see no more about her! Try asking the Speaker to Animals, maybe he has heard more of her and that place than I. I can only tell you of the visions of Rhiqua and dragonkynd that I've had. I cannot predict the future nor can I discern the locations of my dreams."

You ask the master of visions about Rhiqua and dragonkynd.
The master of visions tells you:
"Of Rhiqua, many visions have I of her children. I have visions of dragonkynd- the dragons, the wyverns, and the great wyrms! Such things have I seen, but I will tell you only of one vision which may contain the information you seem to seek."
The creature it mentions is a 'blue-crested troglodyte'.
¶ Step 3 - Get Dargon's Eggshell:
Go back to Galbrosh at the Dragon Hatchery

Galbrosh tells you:
"If yer askin' me 'bout that maiden by the pool where the mushrooms are, she likes these here dragon shell fragments I got fer sale. Wanna buy one?
Just ask me 'bout 'em. I got nothin' more to say 'bout her and her wyrm queen and those stupid trog farmers."
Galbrosh grins.

Galbrosh tells you:
"As a matter of fact, I happen to be in possession of a dragon's eggshell fragment from a newly hatched dragon."
Galbrosh grins.
Galbrosh tells you: "I won't part with it for less than a platinum coin!"
Galbrosh raises an eyebrow.
The warrior's extended hand suggests he waits for something....
give plat.coin Galbrosh
You give a platinum coin to Galbrosh.
Galbrosh giggles.
The coin quickly disappears from view, secreted away in some pocket, no doubt.
Galbrosh tells you:
"I will give you a dragon's shell. You're a fool, you easily could have found one for yourself, but then I would be no richer!"
Galbrosh shakes his head.
Galbrosh tells you: "I bet you want that thing for the same reason the last person came here asking for one. Something to do with some moldy mushroom people! That's just crazy. Well, off with you then!"
Galbrosh throws back his head and cackles with insane glee!
You will then have "a fragment of a dragon's eggshell " in your inventory
¶ Step 4 - Go Troglodytes
Go to Troglodytes
Go to the city portion of the zone (north past the bridge), and take a right and a second right to a building with a pool in it, "Inside a building" (room# 49319) then crush eggshell
You crush up a fragment of a dragon's eggshell and sprinkle it into the water
A thick, silvery mist swirls around the edges of the pool.
The water in the pool begins to bubble violently.
A Handmaiden of Rhiqua steps forth from the water. Standing at its edge, shesays, "You have summoned me here to a purpose. Speak your desire or releaseme to return to my mistress' side."

A Handmaiden of Rhiqua tells you:
"It is a difficult task, involving much travel and searching and such good care must be taken with the egg... oh, and the tome of instruction, you must have that too! Let me see..."
A Handmaiden of Rhiqua looks you over carefully noting the way you dress and
your mannerisms.
A Handmaiden of Rhiqua tells you:
"Yes, I can see you are a ranger, but have you the skills required to be master to such a charge? Let me see..."
A Handmaiden of Rhiqua looks you over, as if scrutinizing your abilities as a
ranger.
You need to under level XX otherwise you get this message (I was lvl 72)
A Handmaiden of Rhiqua tells you:
"The days have passed when this creature may have served you well. You have become far too used to demanding more of those who serve you than the wyvern hatchling can provide. Rhiqua will not have the egg rot. The tome, you may keep, though it is of no use to you now. The egg I will return to be hatched by its true mother!"

The mistress that I serve has a profound love for and is dedicated to the care of wyverns, dragons, and wyrms. Rhiqua's protection is afforded to all who choose to serve her, but the path is not an easy one to follow. The guardianship of her children is a sacred bond into which you must enter by affirming your desire to defend all of dragonkynd. If this is your desire, then you must choose never to cause harm or pose any threat to any of Rhiqua's children. For surely in doing so, Rhiqua's wrath would be ignited.
