YesCare,hosted a community partnership luncheon at Goodwill Industries of Kentucky’s Opportunity Campus. The event was held to create connections and foster dialogue to amplify reentry efforts, helping YesCare work with leading area nonprofit and community organizations to enhance continuity of care for patients who are returning to the Louisville community. Representatives from 20 organizations participated.
